Thanks for asking! We’re a small team navigating boundaries in this time of uncertainty. While our website is 24/7, the humans behind the screen are in the office from Monday to Friday, 9am PST - 5pm PST. Otherwise on the weekends you can find us playing with our pets, reading books, attempting to journal, out in nature or chasing our kids around. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll get a confirmation email. It takes a few business days to process and fulfill your order, but once it’s ready to go you’ll get a follow up email with a shipping tracking link. Please keep in mind that standard shipping is 5-7 business days, not including holidays or weekends.
If you have not received a tracking number email yet, then there is still time. Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and the updated address. Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly but as long as the order hasn’t been fulfilled then we may be able to process your address change request.
If you have already received a tracking number email, this means your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to the address inputted at check out. In that case, the best recommendation is to contact the shipping company directly.
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will be emailed a tracking link.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
We accept payment via all major credit cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. Please note that VISA gift cards or selfmade digital gift cards must completely cover the total amount of your order, otherwise we can't process it.
Once your order is placed, you’ll get confirmation that we’ve received it. You will receive additional updates when the order ships, is out for delivery, and when it’s been delivered.
We offer a full refund within 21 days of delivery. Products must have been purchased through our online store and please keep in mind we do not refund original shipping charges. All gift cards and trial products are final sale.
Shipping is tough on the environment so rather than sending the product back to us, please pass it along to a friend who might enjoy it more than you so we can both lessen our impact on our beautiful planet.
To move forward with your return request, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We will process your refund after completing a quick survey to help us improve our products and experience.
We do not offer the ability to exchange products after delivery. If something didn’t work out and you have additional questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased elsewhere. Please check with the original place of purchase for their return policy and feel free to reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions!

We developed our products with sensitive skin in mind. Our formulas go through rigorous safety, sustainability, dermatological/gynecological, compatibility and heavy metals testing. With that said, everyone’s skin has different sensitivities and it is our recommendation to consult your dermatologist.

By choosing to subscribe to delivery, you automatically receive your products at a regular cadence (of your choosing -- every 1, 2, or 3 months). This means you’ll never be without your BFF selfmade products. For any products you order on subscription, you’ll save 15% off of the standard price.
If you opt into the subscription, you are in control. You can select the frequency you receive products and can update this (or even change your next shipping date) whenever you’d like. You can also update your address, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription all through your account. You will be notified via email and payment will be processed with the card on file.

No greenwashing here and using recycled packaging is now just the bare minimum. We are looking at sustainability from top to bottom to ensure we are not only reducing waste, but are also being thoughtful and intentional with every step of the supply chain.
Our products are formulated and manufactured in the USA, while our packaging is sourced as close as possible to minimize our carbon footprint. While our brand office is completely remote, our manufacturing partner is Climate Neutral Certified and their facilities are 50% solar powered and while using cold processing for less energy usage and minimal carbon emissions.
For each product we intentionally use the most sustainable materials such as glass and/or the highest percentage of post consumer recycled resin. Our paper based packaging is all FSC certified 100% recycled material.
Our mailer packaging is also sourced from FSC certified facilities and are made from materials that are at least 52% recycled material. We intentionally print simple designs that require little ink to increase the ability to be accepted into the recycling process.
