We love that you’re here with us in the selfmade world and want you to love your products. We know we won’t make everyone happy all the time and gladly accept returns for purchases made within 21 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

We’re a small business striving for healthy boundaries so here are a few things to keep in mind while reaching out for a refund:

  • Only items purchased at are eligible for return at selfmade products purchased at other third party retailers must be returned in accordance with their respectful return and refund policies.
  • If your package and merchandise is damaged upon delivery, we will replace it - no sweat! We require proof of purchase and damage. Please email us at with a photo of the damaged item.
  • Purchases outside the 21-day window are not eligible for a refund. Purchases outside the policy window may be eligible for store credit upon our discretion.
  • Your refund will be issued back to the payment method used with the original purchase.
  • Shipping and delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer for any buyer's remorse returns (i.e. I changed my mind, entered the wrong address or ordered by mistake)
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable when a request to cancel an order is after the package has been fulfilled at the distribution center.
  • If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, then the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What’s not returnable?

  • Items not purchased at
  • Items that do not have a receipt or order number
  • Items that are beyond 21-days from purchase
  • All apparel, accessories, and trial size products (i.e. Self-Exploration Kit) are final sale and ineligible for return Gift cards are ineligible for return Shipping and delivery fees are non refundable
